Terms and Conditions

We are always happy answer your questions if we have not been able to foresee any set of circumstances, which you may face and we have not covered it here.Please read through all of our terms and conditions. 

• All the charges like Toll Charges, Congestion Charges, or any parking Charges would be charged from the Customer.
• Parking is the responsibility of the Customer, try to reserve a space for the Van in front of the house, sometimes it may be necessary to ring the local Council to get a suspension or permit what ever necessary to park the Van legally.
• If  there is no parking  pre-arranged, any parking fines would be paid from the customer.
• Payment must be made in cash on completion. Cheque are only accepted when agreed in advance.
• Goods are not insured, although most household insurance will cover you.

Carriage Exclusion

Following is the list of exclusions.

• No hazardous and toxic waste.
  
• No Oily/Greasy articles.
• No Rubble and household waste.
• No Garden waste.
